Yesterday was Rail RU OK? Day, where we came together to create a safe, supportive R U OK? environment and learn how we can support each other when we notice something is not quite right with our friends and colleagues.
We know that one meaningful conversation can make all the difference, so at One Rail Australia, we took the time across all our operations (with some sweet treats in hand) to talk about recognising the signs, taking the time to listen, and how we can lend support if someone needs help.
We also held a moment’s silence to remember two fellow rail industry colleagues who sadly lost their lives. Our thoughts are with everyone at Pacific National on what must have been a very difficult day.
