We recently welcomed visitors from our shareholder company PT Asian Bulk Logistics who were keen to understand how we excel in our approach to safety and human resources.
Our CEO John McArthur and members of our executive and leaderships teams were thrilled to show ABL’s Swasono Satyo (Chief HR of Group), Yunilasty Faulinda (Head of People Strategy – Group), Hermawan SE (Head of Human Capital & CSR Logistics Group) and Aulia Rayhandi Isra (Organisation Development & Talent Management Logistics Group) through our Hunter operations, giving them a first-hand insight into how we embrace a human-centred safety culture and its positive influence across our operations.
In the coming months we are looking forward to a reciprocal trip to Indonesia so that we can take similar learnings from the ABL operations.
