In launching our Values Awards at the beginning of 2025, One Rail Australia set out to recognise the people and moments that truly define who we are as a business.
Across our 350-strong workforce in NSW and QLD, more than 85 nominations were submitted throughout the year, highlighting just how strongly our values are lived every day at One Rail Australia. From looking out for teammates and working safely, to stepping up and going the extra mile for colleagues and customers, each nomination reflected the behaviours and commitment that underpins our culture.
